Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort located in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic is a 1,042 suite 5 star resort featuring large balconies and terraces in every room. This large resort also features 8 themed restaurants, 2 beach clubs, 8 pools.

Park Line is a transit oriented development located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The building features a 24 story tower with 290 units, 12,500 sf of retail, and 28,000 sf amenity platform. Also a double helix garage was utilized to separate the residential parking from transit parking.
