Black Aje is a 3,000 sf office building that is slated to be the first new build on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. since 1993. This project will set the tone for future development on the MLK corridor.
RW Studio was hired to first assist the client in determining project direction and creating a concept design package. Upon approval of concept RWS led the effort in creating and coordinating permit and construction documents.
