Park Line is a transit oriented development located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The building features a 24 story tower with 290 units, 12,500 sf of retail, and 28,000 sf amenity platform. Also a double helix garage was utilized to separate the residential parking from transit parking.
This project was done while with HKS, Inc as a designer.
